Description
About KLOW
KLOW is a four-peptide research blend. The name is an acronym from its component peptides. Its distinguishing angle versus simpler three-peptide blends: the addition of KPV moves the research framework from tissue repair alone into inflammation modulation, particularly gut and epithelial contexts.
BPC-157 — Gut Epithelial Studies
Of the several BPC-157 research streams (tendon, dermal, gut), the gut angle is most directly relevant to KLOW’s framing. BPC-157 was originally isolated from gastric juice, and animal-model literature has examined its effects on gut mucosa integrity, ulcer models, and inflammatory bowel research (Sikiric P et al., World J Gastroenterol, 2020).
TB-500 — Broad-Spectrum Cell Migration
Beyond its role in muscle and endothelial migration, TB-500 has been studied in immune cell migration and systemic tissue response research. Thymosin Beta-4 is present in lymphoid tissue at high concentrations, and research on its actin-binding role extends into leukocyte motility literature.
GHK-Cu — Broader Matrix Remodeling
In the KLOW context, GHK-Cu is framed less for its skin-specific activity and more for its broader extracellular matrix remodeling role. In vitro studies examine its activity on metalloproteinase regulation, glycosaminoglycan turnover, and matrix protein synthesis across multiple tissue types (Pickart L & Margolina A, Biomed Res Int, 2018).
KPV — The Inflammation Component
KPV is a three-amino-acid C-terminal fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH). It is the compound that sets KLOW apart from simpler blends. Research literature (Dalmasso G et al., J Proteome Res, 2008) examines its activity on colitis animal models, tight junction proteins, and pro-inflammatory cytokine modulation in gastrointestinal research.
Why Four Compounds
Most blend research protocols stop at two or three peptides. KLOW adds KPV because inflammation modulation and tissue repair are often studied as intertwined processes — an immune/inflammatory component running parallel to the matrix and vascular repair pathways covered by the other three compounds in animal model research.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this product legal to purchase in Canada for research use?
Peptigo supplies all products strictly for laboratory and in vitro research use. The compound is not a drug, supplement, or cosmetic, and is not sold for human or veterinary use. Researchers purchasing for their own laboratory work, university research programs, or independent in vitro protocols are the intended customer base. Health Canada’s April 2026 advisory specifically addresses unauthorized injectable peptide use; the research-use framing of this product is independent of that consumer-use category.
How is purity verified, and where can I see the Certificate of Analysis?
Every batch is tested independently by Janoshik Analytical, an accredited third-party laboratory. The standard testing panel includes HPLC-UV purity verification, LC-MS identity confirmation, LAL bacterial endotoxin quantification, and USP sterility testing. The Certificate of Analysis for each batch is available on the product page after purchase, and the testing methodology is detailed on the Lab Testing reference page.
What is the standard reconstitution and storage protocol for laboratory use?
The compound is supplied as a lyophilized powder. The standard diluent for reconstitution in research protocols is bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol). The Peptigo reconstitution calculator handles the volume-and-concentration arithmetic for a given target research dose. Unopened lyophilized peptide is stable at room temperature for up to 30 days during transit and should be refrigerated at 2-8°C for long-term storage. Reconstituted peptide should be refrigerated at 2-8°C and is typically functional for 4-6 weeks; protect from light.
