1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from peptigopeptides.com (the “Site”) operated by Peptigo (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “Customer,” “Researcher”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site or Services.

2. Research Use Only — Not for Human or Veterinary Use

All products sold by Peptigo are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research purposes. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or food, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic use, or any in vivo research in humans.

By placing an order, you affirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a qualified research professional, institutional researcher, or student under the supervision of a qualified researcher.
• Products will be used solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes and will not be administered to humans or animals.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies governing the use of research chemicals.
• You accept full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and disposal of products.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To purchase from Peptigo, you must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you register an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Payment is processed through third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Sales tax will be added to orders where required by law. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable to international shipments.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day typically ship the same business day. All orders include insulated cold-pack shipping and tracking information. Shipping times vary by destination; expedited options may be available at checkout. Peptigo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research peptides and the requirements of chain-of-custody for research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened vials once shipped. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support@peptigo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. Destruction and disposal of damaged product remains your responsibility.

7. Product Testing and Quality

Every product we sell is independently tested by a third-party ISO 17025 accredited laboratory. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) report purity (HPLC), identity (LC-MS), and physical characteristics. While we stand behind the accuracy of our testing, you are responsible for verifying that products meet the specifications required for your specific research protocol before use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, product photography, research articles, and software — is the property of Peptigo or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or products in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Resell products without disclosing that they are for research use only;
• Administer products to humans or animals;
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or intended use;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Site systems or data;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest data from the Site without authorization.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIGO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptigo and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of products, administration of products to humans or animals, or violation of applicable laws.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
