What’s the shipping cut-off for same-day dispatch?+

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM ship the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

How are peptides packaged for shipping?+

Every order ships with an insulated cold pack inside a padded mailer. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for 5–7 days during transit; reconstituted vials should be refrigerated upon arrival. Tracking is included on every order.

Where do you ship?+

Peptigo ships within Canada only. Domestic-to-domestic shipping keeps the cold chain intact, avoids customs delays, and keeps your order in-country from our facility to your door. We do not ship internationally.

How do I reconstitute a lyophilized peptide vial?+

Reconstitution in brief: swab the septum with an alcohol pad, draw bacteriostatic water into an insulin syringe, inject it slowly down the inside wall of the vial, and gently swirl until dissolved. Don’t shake. Use the peptide calculator for exact volumes and syringe units.

How long does a reconstituted vial last?+

Reconstituted with bacteriostatic water and refrigerated at 2–8°C, most peptides remain stable for 4–6 weeks. Specific peptides vary — BPC-157 and TB-500 are generally longer-lasting, while GLP-1 agonists are shorter. Always check the individual product page for the specific stability window.

What does your Certificate of Analysis (COA) show?+

Every product page links to a product-specific COA showing HPLC purity (typically ≥99%), LC-MS identity confirmation, and appearance/pH verification. Testing is performed by an independent ISO 17025 accredited lab. All products tested with COA before release.

What if my order arrives damaged?+

Email support@peptigopeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll ship a replacement at no charge, usually within one business day. No return of the damaged product is required.

Can I return an unopened vial for a refund?+

Because these are temperature-sensitive research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened vials once shipped. If the issue is damage, wrong item, or a quality concern, we will always replace the item free of charge.

Who can purchase Peptigo products?+

Peptigo sells exclusively to verified research professionals, laboratories, and institutions in Canada. All products are labeled “For Laboratory Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption” and are not intended for therapeutic or diagnostic use. By purchasing, you confirm you meet these requirements.

How do I access my past orders?+

Sign in to your account at peptigopeptides.com/account. Full order history, tracking numbers, and order invoices are available under “Orders.” Passwordless sign-in via email magic link is the default.
