Research Use Agreement

1. Purpose of Products

All products sold by Peptigo are sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory research use. Products are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or food, and are not approved by the FDA, Health Canada, EMA, or any other regulatory agency for human or veterinary use.

2. Buyer Representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant to Peptigo that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a qualified research professional, work under the supervision of one, or are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research institution.
3. You will use the products solely for in vitro laboratory research. Products will not be used for:
   • Human consumption, injection, inhalation, or administration of any kind;
   • Veterinary use or administration to any animal;
   • Diagnostic, therapeutic, or prophylactic purposes;
   • Food, cosmetic, or supplement manufacturing;
   • Any clinical trial or in vivo research outside an approved institutional review protocol.
4. You will handle, store, and dispose of products in accordance with standard laboratory biosafety and chemical hygiene practices, and any applicable institutional policies.
5. You will maintain appropriate documentation of product receipt, storage conditions, and use in accordance with institutional and regulatory requirements governing your research.
6. You will not resell or transfer products to any third party without ensuring that recipient is bound by substantially equivalent terms.
7. Your purchase and use of products complies with all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations governing research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

3. Acknowledgment of Research Status

You acknowledge that:

• Many products are research chemicals that have not been evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality in humans by any regulatory authority.
• The biological effects, pharmacokinetics, and long-term consequences of these compounds in humans are not fully characterized.
• Information provided on the Site regarding mechanism, dosing in research literature, and reported effects is educational reference only and is not medical advice or a recommendation for human use.
• Peptigo makes no representation that products are safe, effective, or suitable for any use other than in vitro laboratory research.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptigo and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Any breach of this Agreement by you;
• Your misrepresentation of your research status or intended use;
• Any administration of products to humans or animals;
• Any personal injury, illness, or property damage resulting from your handling or use of products;
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

5. Enforcement and Remedies

Peptigo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any order at any time if we have reason to believe that the representations you made under this Agreement are false or if we suspect the products are intended for unauthorized use. Violations of this Agreement may result in account termination, refusal of future orders, and referral to applicable authorities.

6. Relationship to Terms of Service

This Agreement is supplemental to and incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. In the event of conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, this Agreement controls with respect to research use obligations.
